Your order

We keep your name, the email address and/or phone number you choose to provide, order details and delivery address so we can fulfil your order and keep payment records. Online card payments are processed by SumUp; this shop does not store your card details. If you provide an email address, Resend sends your order emails. Resend also sends a private order copy to our business inbox. We also keep your answer to “How did you hear about us?” with your order to understand how customers find us. These services and our website host process the information needed to provide their services.

Wholesale enquiries

When you ask about wholesale, we keep your name, email address, requested quantity and any notes so we can reply and prepare a quote. Enquiries are private and are not orders or payments. Resend sends a copy to our business inbox so we can respond. We use a separate protected identifier to limit repeated submissions; it changes daily and is cleared from enquiry records older than 24 hours when another enquiry is processed.

Your feedback

Feedback goes privately to mmhoshanos. We store your rating, message, optional name and submission time to improve the shop. To reduce spam, we temporarily store a protected identifier derived from your network address. It is separate from visitor counting, changes daily and is cleared from feedback records older than 24 hours when another message is processed. Visitor statistics

Basic visitor statistics run automatically to help us improve this website. No “Accept cookies” click is needed. We use the UK statistical-purposes exception for this limited purpose, and you can turn counting off at any time using the control below or the notice on the shop pages. Previously saved opt-outs are respected.

A first-party cookie contains a random browser identifier and a broad first-visit source, such as Google or a shared link. It expires 30 days after the last counted visit. The identifier is processed into aggregate counters straight away and is not saved in our new visitor-statistics database. We keep no individual browsing history and do not connect it to an order, name, email, address, IP address or device fingerprint. The results estimate distinct browsers, rather than identifying people.

We retain the aggregate visitor counters for up to 31 days and keep anonymous page-activity totals. We use these statistics only to improve our website, with no advertising profiles or sharing with advertising partners. Our website host processes the data on our behalf. Records from the previous opt-in counter expire after 30 days without a visit and are cleared when the counter next runs.

Ordering works with counting turned off. Turning it off removes the visitor cookie and stops future counting; anonymous totals already recorded remain. Your preference is remembered for up to one year. We also honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. The host and payment providers may maintain their own operational and security logs.

Other cookies

We remember your privacy choice and use a secure sign-in cookie for the admin area. Customers do not need to sign in to order.
